Refund Policy for Indigitech

At Indigitech, we provide customized digital services, software development, website development, mobile application development, AI solutions, digital marketing, branding, consulting, and training services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made to Indigitech are subject to the following Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

Indigitech maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all digital products, services, consulting, development projects, marketing services, subscriptions, retainers, training programs, and custom solutions.

Once a payment has been made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Training Programs

Advance Payments

All project advance payments, booking fees, deposits, milestone payments, and setup charges are strictly non-refundable.

Advance payments are used to allocate resources, schedule project timelines, conduct research, planning, consultation, and initiate project activities.

Under no circumstances shall advance payments be refunded once the project has been approved or work has commenced.

Digital Services and Deliverables

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services:

No refunds will be issued after project initiation.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the client.
No refunds will be issued for changes in business plans, personal preferences, or project cancellation by the client.
No refunds will be issued for marketing campaigns already launched or executed.

Project Agreements, NDA & Contracts

For selected projects, Indigitech may require:

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Service Agreement
Development Contract
Statement of Work (SOW)
Project Proposal Acceptance

Where applicable, clients must sign the required agreements before project commencement.

All project terms, ownership rights, payment schedules, confidentiality clauses, and deliverables shall be governed by the executed agreement.

In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

All payments made up to the cancellation date remain non-refundable.
Any outstanding invoices for completed work shall remain payable.
Work completed prior to cancellation may be delivered at Indigitech’s discretion upon settlement of all outstanding dues.

Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Payments made toward:

Domain Registration
Web Hosting
Cloud Services
SSL Certificates
Software Licenses
Third-Party Tools
Advertising Budgets

are non-refundable and subject to the respective provider’s policies.

Marketing & Advertising Services

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as:

Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
YouTube Ads
Other Advertising Networks

cannot be refunded by Indigitech once campaigns have been launched or budgets have been allocated.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered, initiated, scheduled, or agreed upon.

Any payment dispute should first be addressed directly with Indigitech for resolution.

Indigitech reserves the right to suspend services, terminate contracts, and pursue legal remedies in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests, if any, may be reviewed solely at the discretion of Indigitech management. Approval of any refund request shall not establish a precedent or obligation for future refunds.
